I had a positive experience with customer service for the most part and call quality was not really an issue, but the software they built, functionality, versality, flexibility, ingenuity is HORRIBLE. It's absolutely amazing when you look at how much $ this company has spent and how poorly designed of a product they actually have. Let me just tell you, I am now RUNNING back to my original provider with open arms. I left another provider to come to Dialpad because I was unsatisfied with the customer service and experience I was having with the original company. Would never have signed off on this partnership if I knew this was how the service actually was here. They sold it for better than what it actually was. I'm actually extremely disappointed because I'm one of the people that worked on the partnership with Google and I thought this product was better. Switched to google voice and never, ever ever going back. Good luck canceling! WOW! Chargeback city, baby. Then, when you contact the automated chatbot, nothing goes through there either. Today, I get an email THANK YOU FOR RENEWING DIALPAD!!!! Did you purposely ignore my request to cancel? Furthermore, when you call the San Jose number to get support, it politely tells you that you cannot get support and there is nowhere else to get support. Thus, I sent the company a scathing email asking them to cancel my account and detailing everything that was wrong with the product. Am I hallucinating this hellscape? My fleet wasn't able to send inbound or outbound messages.
